Emergency crews are on scene following a townhouse fire in Brampton.
At 4:00 p.m., Brampton Fire and Emergency Services said that crews were responding to a fire at 78 Bernard Ave.

At the time, fire crews said the blaze had spread to the attic.
Brampton Fire recently said that the main body of the fire has been knocked down and that crews are checking for extension.
Peel police are asking residents to avoid the Bernard and Beeston area.
