Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga is hosting a “Walk-in Weekend” today through Sunday for those who want to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

Hospital officials say they’re opening their doors from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. each of the three days for people who want to get a first, second or third (booster) dose of vaccine.

First doses are being offered for all people ages 12 and up, second doses for ages 12 and up and who have received their first dose at least eight weeks ago, and third doses (boosters) for people ages 18 and up and who received their second dose at least three months ago.

This walk-in clinic is not offering vaccinations for children ages five to 11. For parents looking to get children in that age group vaccinated, visit Ontario’s online vaccine booking system.

Hospital officials say both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available throughout the weekend.

Those attending the walk-in clinic this weekend can park for free in the lot nearest the vaccine clinic entrance.
