Crash closes major Mississauga road near QEW

A crash has closed down lanes on one of Mississauga’s busiest roads where it meets with Queen Elizabeth Way.
Ontario 511 reported shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 6, that a crash on the on-ramp had shut down all lanes onto the QEW from Mississauga Rd.
511 provided no detail on the nature of the crash, but posted an image of a stopped 18-wheeler truck without a trailer in the laneway.
Peel Regional Police did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
