Crane Reportedly Spinning in Busy Area of Mississauga

Another crane is reportedly malfunctioning due to strong winds in Mississauga.

Residents recently reported seeing a crane spinning at the Pemberton construction site in the Eglinton Ave. W. and Glen Erin Drive area.

Police say emergency crews are on scene and monitoring the situation.

Earlier today, police were called to a construction site in the same area after a part of a crane collapsed.

According to police, the boom part of the crane fell into an open field at a construction site in the area of Erin Mills Pkwy. and Eglinton Ave.
