The following is a summary of active COVID-19 cases reported by the Durham District School Board and Durham Catholic District School Board for the week of Nov. 7 to 13.

Residents are reminded that these cases weren’t necessarily transmitted in the schools themselves — they may have been transmitted elsewhere in the community.

The following schools are reporting active cases:

Durham District School Board:

  • Lester B. Pearson P.S. – Cases: 2, closed classrooms: 2, school open

  • Waverly P.S. – Cases: 1, closed classrooms: 1, school open
  • West Lynde P.S. – Cases: 1, closed classrooms: 1, school open
