COVID-19 cases and classroom closures at Oshawa and Ajax schools: September 6 to 12

The following is a summary of active COVID-19 cases reported by the Durham District School Board and Durham Catholic District School Board for the week of September 6 to 10.
Residents are reminded that these cases weren’t necessarily transmitted in the schools themselves — they may have been transmitted elsewhere in the community.
The following Durham schools are reporting active cases:
Durham District School Board:
- David Bouchard P.S. – Cases: 1, closed classrooms: 0, school open
Durham Catholic District School Board:
- St. Josephine Bakhita Catholic School – Cases: 1
- St. John Bosco Catholic School – Cases: 1
Be advised that some cases from earlier in the week may since be considered resolved and not listed.
