A popular Milton restaurant will be hosting a cooking class later this month.

Pasqualino – Fine Food. Fine Wine., a family-owned restaurant located at 248 Main St. E., is best known for its homemade Italian cuisine and award-winning wine list.

The restaurant also hosts cooking classes for those interested in learning how to cook specific Italian dishes.

The upcoming class on Jan. 31 will teach participants how to make pappardelle in a lamb Bolognese sauce as well as fettuccini in a classic Alfredo sauce.

“Spend an intimate evening with Chef Giovanni and Chef Domenic where you’ll get a firsthand look at some of Pasqualino’s culinary secrets,” reads the event page.

“Each class is hands-on and you’ll be provided with simple step-by-step instructions for making beautiful pasta.”

Prior to the class, participants will be treated to hors d’oeuvres and prosecco.

During the class, the chefs will help participants learn how to make pasta, which they will be able to take home. The chefs will also demonstrate various sauces to complement the fresh batches of pasta.

To end the night, the chefs will cook the pasta for all participants to enjoy with a glass of wine and dessert.

The class will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the cost to participate is $197.75 per person.
