Convicted drug trafficker wanted on Canada-wide warrant could be in Ontario, police say

Police are asking members of the public to help track down a convicted drug trafficker wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who could be hiding in Ontario.

The OPP Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad says Andre Morgan, currently serving a more than four-year prison sentence, has breached his parole.

The 34-year-old man from Hamilton was convicted of possession of a schedule substance for the purpose of trafficking, police say.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest and investigators say Morgan is known to Hamilton, Toronto, Niagara and the Mississauga-Brampton area.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about Morgan to contact police.

Morgan is described as a Black male standing around five-foot-two inches tall and weighing around 140 lbs. He has long black dreadlocked hair, brown eyes and usually has facial hair.

He also has tattoos of ‘ADM’, ‘KADM’ and Stars on his left arm, police say.
