The Town of Milton is investing in community infrastructure to make travel safe and accessible for the entire community.

As a result, construction will take place throughout the Town during the month of September.

Work will take place at Bronte St. South from Heslop Rd. to Main St. and Commercial St. from Sydney St. to Main St. from Sept. 5 to Sept. 23.

Warranty work and minor repairs to Town infrastructure include catchbasin and manhole repair, sidewalk restoration at 80 Bronte St., curb removal and restoration at 80 and 122 Bronte St. and minor boulevard grading.

Road closures are not anticipated for this work, however, traffic will be directed around the work areas and delays may occur.

“We thank you for your patience. During construction, the public is encouraged to plan travel in advance, consider alternate routes, follow signage and be patient while travelling in and around construction areas,” reads the Town’s website.
