Conservation Halton is set to host an event in Milton in celebration of Pride Month.

The event, called “Pride in Nature,” will take place at Area 8 (formerly known as the Kelso Quarry) on June 11, 2022.

The nature-based event will be in support of the 2SLGBTQ+ community in Halton and the surrounding area and will feature food, drinks, activities, art, music, other forms of entertainment and an opportunity to plant native species in the park.

Everyone is welcome to attend, including members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, friends, families and allies.

Tickets will be $5 per person (plus a gate fee for non-members).

Proceeds from the tickets will be donated to the Positive Space Network in support of 2SLGBTQ+ Youth in Halton.
