Condos in new lakeside development priced as high as $2.2M in Mississauga

More details on new condos at the massive Lakeview Village development are out, and the development looks beautiful.
The project, known as Lakeview Village, has been in the works for many years now. And one of the first buildings from Tridel’s Shoreline Collection — Harbourwalk has released more information.
Located on a piece of lakefront land east of Cawthra Road, the project was approved in 2021 to build 8,040 condo units over the next 15 to 20 years. But a recent Minister’s Zoning Order seeks to nearly double that to 16,000 units.
The Harbourwalk Condos will be a 19-storey, 863-suite building located in the heart of Lakeview Village “just steps away from the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario and a newly revitalized boardwalk and pier (that will extend) 600 metres along the water, the longest on the Canadian Great Lakes,” the builder says.
Harbourwalk Condos won People’s Choice and Best High-Rise Building Design awards at the 2023 BILD Awards.

Tridel recently released floor plans and prices for the Harbourwalk Condos and the “upscale” one, two, and three-bedroom suites range from 489 to 2,000 square feet.
The prices start at $660,000 for a 489 square-foot, one-bedroom in the “City Collection” and go up to $2,270,000 for a three-bedroom unit in the “Shoreline Collection.”
There are no two-bedroom units for under $1 million.
Amenities for the Harbourwalk Condos (found in different sections) include a bocce ball court, a boardroom, work-from-home stations, a party room, a fitness centre, a pool, a therapeutic pool spa, a fireplace lounge, a kids zone, and even a pet spa.
Tridel is aiming for residents to move into the units in the summer of 2028.
