A luxurious four-storey condo with spacious units (some of them with up to three bedrooms) is currently under construction in Oakville.
According to a listing on livabl.com, Berkshire Residences, a high-end development that will boast 55 units and a range of amenities, is taking shape at 123 Maurice Drive, in the Dorval Drive and Lakeshore Road area.
Helmed by Rise Developments, the units–which range in size from 1,500 to 2,099 square feet–can be purchased for between $1.9 and $2.5 million. The listing says some units are house-sized, offering three bedrooms, a den, four bathrooms and balconies spanning over 150 square feet.
The units also come with two parking spaces and a storage locker.
As far as amenities are concerned, the listing says the building will boast private cabanas, bicycle storage, a lounge with a fireplace, EV charging stations, a party room, an outdoor hot tub, a rooftop terrace, a herb garden, a gym, a catering kitchen and a space for al fresco dining.

Other features will include energy-efficient windows, an environmentally friendly tri-sorter waste removal system, keyless entry throughout the building, 10-foot ceilings in all suites and more.
