Collision closes area in Hamilton

A collision has closed part of a busy road on Hamilton’s Mountain this morning (June 6).
Upper Gage Avenue between Mohawk Road East and Pemberton Avenue is currently not accessible due to the incident, the Hamilton police tweeted just after 9 today.
The police tweeted shortly after that Pemberton Avenue between Upper Gage Avenue and East 42nd is also closed due to a collision. It’s not clear if there were two separate incidents.
The police did not provide more details at this time.
