Collision at Derry/Trafalgar in Milton causes road closures, power outage

Expect afternoon traffic to be snarled in east Milton as a collision at Derry and Trafalgar roads is causing havoc.
Derry Road is closed in both directions, as is southbound Trafalgar, from north of Derry.
In addition to the traffic tieups, Milton Hydro is reporting a power outage impacting the largely rural area from Hwy. 401 to Lower Base Line and Ninth Line to James Snow Pkwy.
Crews are on the scene and the outage is expected to last a couple of hours.
