CLOSURE: Intersection closed in all directions in Whitby for crash investigation

An intersection in Whitby was closed in all directions for a crash investigation on Sunday afternoon.

The intersection of Dryden Boulevard and Garrard Road, east of the Oshawa Airport, was closed in all directions for the investigation, Durham Regional Police said on X just after 4 p.m.

Police did not provide further details on the crash or any injuries.

Drivers should plan an alternate route, police said.

Police said an update will be provided.
