A hydro pole was knocked down in a crash at the Brampton and Caledon border early Monday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the two-vehicle collision at 2:40 a.m. at Mayfield Road and Kennedy Road in Caledon, the Ontario Provincial Police said on X.
Non-life-threatening injuries were reported, the OPP said.
Police said the intersection was closed due to the downed hydro pole.
As of 5:30 a.m., the intersection of Mayfield Road and Kennedy Road in Caledon and Brampton was closed for hydro repairs.
Mayfield Road was closed between Kennedy Road and Snellview Boulevard, and Kennedy Road was closed between Mayfield Road and Cranforth Drive.
Police asked drivers to avoid the area while repairs were underway.
