A clothing retail chain has announced the closure of multiple stores in Canada.
Understance, a “solution-oriented lingerie company” that’s based in Vancouver, announced the closures in a post on social media.
It said locations in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto will be shutting down.
“After years of fitting and serving you in person, our retail stores in Vancouver (Robson St), Calgary and Toronto will be closing permanently on Dec. 1,” the company said.
“We have limited inventory left, but if you’ve been meaning to visit or want to try our products in person, we’d love to see you before we close.”

The company said its online store is still open.
Their website lists a fourth physical location — in Burnaby, B.C. — which wasn’t named in the list of closures.
Shoppers have just a few weeks left to be able to visit Understance at the impacted locations.
“Thank you Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto for helping shape our products in the fitting rooms and for welcoming us in your communities,” the company said.
They didn’t provide a reason for the closures.
