The City of Hamilton has listed residentially-zoned land located between Locke and Dundurn streets.
The 3,602.7 square-foot lot at 86 Poulette St. comes with a $500,000 price tag. The median price of a detached home in the Kirkendall neighbourhood was $1.16 million in Feb. 2022.
The property is located at the corner of Poulette and Hill streets — across from a community garden and steps from the Hill Street Dog Park.
The City has set a condition that the purchaser of the property must commence construction within two years of purchase and construction must be completed within four years.
