A plan to add housing around Millcroft Golf Club first proposed two years ago has been revised.

The developers have reduced the number of single-family homes they want to build from 98 to 90 spread out over five parcels of land.

The golf course would ubdergo design improvements, according to the plan, but remain an 18-hole layout.

In addition, the land on Dundas St. would still see a six-storey residential apartment building. Changes to the original proposal would see increased amenity area and an additional outdoor rooftop area.

Planners also would move the building back from Dundas and include more underground parking. The addition of townhouse units also remains a possibility.

The proposal remains in the early stages and is under review by the city planning department.
