The City of Brampton will be offering various programs this week to celebrate Curling Day.

From now until Feb. 25, 2023, Brampton residents can participate in instructor-led on-ice curling demonstrations to celebrate Curling Day.

Drop-in and try-it programs will be available at both Chinguacousy Park Sandra Hames Centre Curling Club and Brampton Curling Club which will enable residents to learn how to use curling equipment and get familiar with basic curling techniques.

No previous experience is required to participate, however, there will be a $2.00 fee.

“Discover a new sport and try your hand at curling,” reads the City of Brampton’s website.

Registration for the event can be done in person at any City of Brampton Community Centre, by calling 311 or online with a City of Brampton Recreation registration account.
