Brampton is making it easier for residents to conduct business with the city by established pop-up counters in local recreation centres.

Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 1, new Service Brampton in-person counters will temporarily open at Susan Fennell Sportsplex, Cassie Campbell Community Centre and Gore Meadows Community Centre, providing an easy-access approach to information and City services for Brampton residents.

Appointments will be required and can be booked at the website.

Residents will be able to conveniently visit Service Brampton locations across the city to request services and complete many different transactions including recreation registration, parking ticket payments and non-cash tax payments. Credit card, debit card and cheques will all be accepted at these locations.

The temporary expansion of the new Service Brampton pop-up counters will be in place until the end of 2022. Following this, staff will review if there is a need to expand locations permanently.
