Christmas family show on skates hits the stage at Niagara Falls casino

Probably the most family-friendly entertainment to ever skate into a casino returns this week to Niagara Falls.

Christmas On Ice, a “New York style” seasonal spectacular, hits the frozen floor at the Avalon Theatre in Fallsview Casino Resort this Thursday (November 24) and runs for more than two weeks with either once- or twice-a-day shows.

“Complete with glittering costumes, a dazzling cast, your favourite Christmas songs and the highest kicking Chorus Girls this side of the North Pole!” boasts the production.

The show promises to start the season in style “as Santa and his merry helpers take you on an unforgettable nostalgic Christmas journey with your favourite songs such as White Christmas, Winter Wonderland, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Jingle Bells, Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree, Santa Claus is coming to town, All I want for Christmas is You and many more.”

The casino promises, “A thrilling high-paced spectacle of world-class ice skating and holiday cheer, Fallsview Casino’s Christmas On Ice features a winter wonderland of national championship ice skaters, dancers and singers that will fill you with the magic of the season.”
