A Mississauga man is facing numerous charges in connection with a child sex trafficking investigation that led police to believe a 15-year-old girl from Toronto was forced to work in the sex trade.

Toronto Police Human Trafficking Unit investigators launched a probe in early February that led to the arrest of the Mississauga man in March.

Police believe the teenage victim was forced into the sex trade last November and made to work in the illegal industry for three months.

They add that all money obtained as a result of the sex trafficking was turned over to a man believed to have drawn the Toronto girl into the sex trade.

Nicholas “Chaos” Hill, 33, of Mississauga, is charged with a number of human trafficking, child pornography and other offences including trafficking in persons under 18 by recruiting, trafficking by exercising control, material benefit from sexual services provided by a person under 18, advertising another person’s sexual services, robbery, sexual assault and sexual interference.

He appeared in Toronto court on April 6.

Police believe there may be other victims and urge anyone with information to call them at 416-808-4838 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477.
