It was a close call for a taxi and its passenger in Mississauga.
A YouTube video, uploaded by Canadian Rider, shows a Beck taxi turning right into the path of an oncoming transport truck in the Derry and Mississauga Road area in Mississauga.
Inexplicably, the cab comes to a full stop in a live lane of traffic to let the passenger off, prompting the truck driver to blare the horn and come to an abrupt stop.
Fortunately, the truck was able to stop in time and no one was struck or injured.
Still, here’s a look what not do when driving down a busy road.
WARNING: Explicit language and a slur can be heard in the video.
