Cash and jewelry stolen in a ‘series’ of home break-ins in Caledon

Cash and jewelry were reported stolen in a series of home break-and-enters in Caledon.

Two break-and-enters were reported on March 8, the OPP said in a press release.

Police were called to the break-ins, in the area of Cedargrove Road and Evans Ridge, in Bolton.

The culprit or culprits entered two homes with physical force while no one was home between 2:30 a.m. on March 7 and 7:20 p.m. on March 8, police said.

Items such as cash and jewelry were stolen, police said.

Then on March 9, officers responded to a third break-in, in the area of Pattulo Drive, in Caledon.

This break-in is believed to have happened between 1 p.m. on March 8 and 2:30 p.m. on March 9.

The suspect or suspects used physical force to enter while nobody was home. Items such as cash and jewelry were also stolen in this incident.
