If you’re looking for more outdoor activities this summer, you might be happy to know that Night Market Toronto (NMTO) and Square One are continuing their summer-long food market series with a celebration of Caribbean food.

From Aug. 13 to 15, diners can check out the Taste of the Caribbean in the shopping centre’s P3 parking lot.

“We’re always so well received in Mississauga,” said Chef Al Foster of What a Jerk in a statement.

“We’re looking forward to bringing our flavourful Caribbean street food to the foodies of this great city for this special Caribbean market. So bring your friends and family to try something new and support hard-working local food truck businesses.”

NMTO says the three-day event, which will also boast some festive music, will feature 16 vendors, including Funky Patacon, Toro Grill, Reggie’s Rolls and more.

The market will be open from 3 pm to 12 am on Aug. 13, 3 pm to 12 am on Aug. 14 and 2 pm to 11 pm on Aug. 15.

Organizers say the event will follow all COVID-19 restrictions.
