Woman rushed to hospital after two-car crash in Brampton

One woman has been rushed to hospital after a crash in Brampton this morning (April 20).
Peel Regional Police say officers were called to the area of Steeles Ave. and James Potter Rd. in Brampton shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Thursday for reports of a collision.
Police say two vehicles were involved in the crash and an adult female was taken to a trauma centre with unknown injuries.
The crash has led police to close eastbound Steeles Ave. between Polonia Dr. and James Potter Rd. Drivers should avoid the area or plan alternate routes if possible.
