Car completely engulfed in flames on Mississauga highway

A fiery scene erupted on Highway 410/401 in Mississauga last night (Sept. 16) after a single car rolled over and burst into flames.
Members of the OPP Highway Safety Division first reported the incident at 11:20 p.m. last night (Sept. 16) saying the driver has been taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Mississauga OPP are investigating the circumstances that led to the rollover collision.
According to police there are charges pending but there are no details released as to what the driver may be charged for.

The highway was closed for several hours while crews worked to clean up the scene. The roadway has since been reopened.
