Candy man gets kisses in Brampton for bringing home a lottery prize…again

Cuong Huynh knows how to pick ’em.

For the second time, the Brampton resident has won a top prize in the Daily Keno 7 Pick lottery.

Huynh won $50,000 in the Jan. 11 evening draw.

The 58-year-old, who works at a candy factory, said he loves playing Daily Keno because he won $10,000 on it before.

“I checked my ticket on the OLG app and was very happy when I saw this win — I couldn’t stop smiling,” Huynh recalled while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his windfall.

The father of two shared the incredible news with his wife, who was thrilled for him. “She kept kissing me out of pure joy,” he said with a smile.

Huynh plans to pay some bills and put the rest of his winnings toward savings and investments.
