Canadian Idol Alumni Joel Martin Drops New Video

Local singer/songwriter and Canadian Idol alumni Joel Martin just released the music video for “Discount Sugar Daddy”, the 1st single off his new album “The Tipping Point”.
The video was shot by Ryan Nolan at several Mississauga locations including Metalworks Studios, Celebration Square and On-A-Bun.
The song was recorded at Metalworks Studios with Kevin Dietz (Silverchair/Nelly Furtado/The Barenaked Ladies) and Juno award winner L Stu Young (Guns N’ Roses/Prince) with a 10 piece band featuring musicians from ill Scarlett, the Arkells and Classified.
The album independently charted at #61 on Sound Scan’s top 200 albums in Canada.
