Those who love potatoes and savoury flavour combinations may be interested to know that Canada’s first potato bar recently opened up in Mississauga.
The spot, called Potato Bar, is located at 3525 Platinum Dr. unit 119 and is sure to make all your potato dreams come true.
At Potato Bar, all potatoes are supplied from Prince Edward Island, and guests can choose between smoked potatoes or fresh hand-cut fries.
From there, they’ll be able to either build their own dish with their personal choice of toppings and sauces or pick between “potato majors” (also known as the spot’s signature dishes).

These include the Mexican fiesta with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and pulled beef or the Mac and cheese smoked potato topped with cheesy Mac and cheese.
