Canada-wide warrant issued for man known to frequent Oshawa

The OPP are looking for a 25 year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who is known to frequent Oshawa.
Jeffery Avery is serving a three-year sentence for forcible confinement, assault, robbery (among other charges) and has been seen in the past in North Bay, Sudbury and Oshawa.
He is described as 6 feet tall, 149 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes with tattoos on his neck, both forearms, right hand and left wrist.
