Canada-wide warrant issued for man known to frequent Niagara Falls

The OPP is issuing a Canada-wide warrant for a parole breacher who favours Niagara Falls, among other locales.
The agency’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public’s help to locate 51-year-old Mark Rogers.
Rogers has breached his day parole where he’s currently serving a six years, four month sentence for multiple counts of break-and-enter.
The OPP is describing him as:
- 5-foot-3
- 152 pound
- Brown hair (currently shaved)
- Blue eyes
- Tattoos on his abdomen, upper torso, upper back, chest, right thigh, shoulders and upper arms
As well as Niagara Falls, he has been known to frequent Ottawa, Jasper and the GTA.
