Canada Day fireworks are back at Whitby’s Victoria Fields Park

Canada Day festivities are back at Victoria Fields Park in Whitby Friday, with family, food, photo ops and fireworks.

Like every other municipality, Whitby has been anxious to get back to some level of pre-pandemic normalcy, and Canada Day will be an explosive way to do it.

There will be food trucks and live performers, so families are encouraged to grab a picnic spot, enjoy some bands up on the stage and have a good time.

6:40 p.m. – Folk and classic rock band Andy Griffiths and the Lost Grove

7:30 p.m. – Steel drums by Earl La Pierre

8:00 p.m. – Music and dance by the Durham Tamil Association
