Hamilton’s newest Indian restaurant is officially open and its combination of classic and fusion menu items add a delicious Canadian twist.

Masala Grill was welcomed on Concession Street on Sunday (May 1) and garnered perfect five-star reviews from first-time customers.

The multi-cuisine bistro takes the best of South Asia and serves it up for takeout, delivery, and dine-in.

Menu items include food from India and Pakistan and Tandori delicacies. But what makes Masal Grill unique is its fusion options, which include butter chicken poutine and paneer nachos.

Halal, vegan, and gluten-free options are also available.
