Busy schedule of Oakville zoning amendments being discussed at single meeting

A single public meeting to discuss several amendments to Oakville’s Official Plan is being held next week.

Four applications will be debated during the in-person and online meeting Monday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m.

Here is what’s on the agenda:

304 and 318 Spruce Street: To create seven residential lots and one block for proposed daylight triangle and rezone the subject lands from Community Use to Residential Low 5, with special provisions to implement the development.

1086 Burnhamthorpe Road East : To rezone the subject lands from Future Development (FD) to Natural Heritage System (NHS), Park (P), General Urban (GU) and Suburban (S).

3060 and 3068 Trafalgar Road: To permit an additional three storeys for each of two proposed condominium towers, resulting in 33-storeys each.

1295 Sixth Line: To re-designate the lands from Low Density Residential to

High Density Residential for a six-storey, 70-unit residential apartment building with 80 combined parking spaces above and below ground.
