Visitors to Burlington’s Royal Botanical Gardens no longer have to provide proof of vaccination to visit the property.

According to RBG, the decision follows the guidance of the provincial government and the decision to ease public health measures and lift proof of vaccination mandates.

In accordance with Hamilton and Halton bylaws, multi-layered masks that fit securely and cover your nose and mouth are required to enter all of RBG’s indoor spaces, including washrooms, Shop at the Gardens, and on-site restaurants.

All visitors are required to self-screen prior to arriving at RBG and are not permitted to visit if they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.

RBG said it will continue to follow advice from public health officials and provide further updates as they become available.
