Burlington Transit will increase service on several routes beginning Sunday

Starting Sunday, May 15, Burlington Transit is making some tweaks to a handful of local bus routes.

Service will be increased on routes 2, 3, 10, 11 and 25.

There will be a change to the route 2 and 3 connection at the Hwy. 407 carpool lot. During peak times, 3 to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, customers will need to exit their bus to transfer between Route 2 and 3. Route 2 does not become Route 3 and Route 3 does not become Route 2.

Customers in the north need to exit their Route 2 or 3 bus to switch routes. Customers can switch between Routes 2 and 3 at the Hwy. 407 carpool lot or at Coventry Way and Guelph Line (crossing the street).
