Matthew Brennan of Burlington never had any fear of losing his shirt. Instead he went all in and collected the jackpot.

Brennan’s prize for winning the Poker Lotto is $87,840.90. But that’s not all. He also claimed $5,000 on the instant portion of his Poker Lotto play. His total haul is $92,840.90.

Brennan, 63, said he decided to give Poker Lotto a try while at Big Bear Food Mart on Appleby Line purchasing other tickets.

“I saw that I won something but didn’t realize I hit the jackpot,” he said. “It was a pleasant surprise – I couldn’t wait to tell my wife.”

Brennan said winning feels great and plans to put away his windfall for a rainy day.
