The Burlington Farmer’s Market is set to kick off its 64th year in a couple of weeks.

The market is returning to its long-time location in the south parking lot at Burlington Centre, near the intersection of Guelph Line and Prospect St.

Things will kick off this year on Wednesday, May 18, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, May 20, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday May 21, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Although subject to change based on government rules, at this point there will be few health and safety restrictions at the market, unlike last year.

Gone will be the single entry point and masks will be optional for both visitors and vendors. Organizers ask you be respectful of individual’s choices and personal space.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short leash and be of good behaviour.
