A broadway version of Cinderella is set to hit Mississauga soon.

Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella is coming to the Meadowvale Theatre from Nov. 25 to Dec. 4.

The all-ages show, which is being presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization, will feature Cinderella and her Prince, Topher, in this revised classic.

The musical will be set in a fairyland with giants, dragons and magic with the tale exploring the idea of being true to oneself and the notion that “we can all rescue ourselves if we think we can”.

It will also feature the beloved Fairy Godmother character who believes “life’s journey is filled with the promise of possibility.”

The show will feature music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II and arrangements by David Chase.

Attendees can expect to hear classic melodies such as “Impossible”, “In My Own Little Corner” and “Ten Minutes Ago”.

Multiple show dates are available and tickets are on sale now starting at $32.00.
