Brewery taproom, whiskey pub open side-by-side at Niagara Falls casino

Fancy a pint of beer? Or perhaps a wee dram of whiskey?
It doesn’t matter which you prefer because now they’re side-by-side in the Galleria at Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls.
Both the Niagara Brewing Company Taproom and the Jameson Pub & Cocktail Bar opened last week for thirsty gamblers on the same day (August 23) right next door to each other.
“Jameson Pub & Cocktail Bar is the newest and coolest place to meet up, grab a bite to eat and, of course, enjoy a classic glass of whiskey. They’re open from 7 am to 4 am, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & late night fare,” said Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati in a post.
Diodati is likewise a fan of the new sudsy neighbour. “Right next door is Niagara Brewing Company’s second location in Niagara Falls – their brand new Taproom. Stop by for a taste of local Niagara Falls-themed beers (they also have plenty of other beverage options) and locally-sourced pub fare… a great atmosphere for your next night out or group event!”
Niagara Brewing Company opened at 4915-A Clifton Hill back in June 2015 and were happy to get the second location right inside a casino.
“When opportunity presents itself, you take it! With the popularity of our Falls Avenue and Clifton Hill space, we have filled our kegs and added a second location across town. Niagara Brewing Company Taproom is situated in the Galleria of Fallsview Casino Resort; Canada’s largest gaming resort,” said the brewery.
“The Taproom features the same award-winning craft beers, and rotating taps of seasonal flavours, just steps from the gaming floor. In addition to the most sought after artisanal bites and snacks from the brewery menu, we’ve added three new smash burgers which are available exclusively at the Casino location.”
The taproom will be open Sunday to Thursday 11 am to 1 am and Friday-Saturday 11 am to 2 am.
Of course, the whiskey bar was pretty excited to open in the casino, as well. “Well-spirited morning, noon, and night, Jamesons Pub & Cocktail Bar introduces a new dining experience. The elevated breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus are classic yet modern perfectly in tune with the stunning art-deco setting,” the pub said.
“At night, the chic lounge transforms into a space reminiscent of a vintage speakeasy. Specially created handcrafted cocktails and an atmosphere designed to encourage guests to interact and mingle emphasizes the social experience and our vibe-driven approach.”
