The five missing children for whom an Amber Alert was issued yesterday have been found according to Niagara Regional Police Services (NRPS).
Evelyn (5), Mattias (10), Sovereign (11), Eska (13) and Magnus (14) MacDermid were found safe and in good health Wednesday after the investigation led investigators to an address in Ridgeway, Ontario.
The children were found in the custody of their father--Ian MacDermid.
Police were able to locate the red Toyota Camry MacDermid was driving, which led them to the cottage where he was keeping the children.
More information to come.
