Breakfast specialty restaurant will provide a second serving to Burlington

Pür & Simple is living up to its plan of being one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in Canada.
The breakfast and lunch hotspot will open its second Burlington location next month at 3315 Fairview Street.
Known for its all-day breakfast menu with a variety of gourmet omelettes, homemade waffles, buttermilk pancakes, sweet and savoury crepes, avocado toast, and skillets, Pür & Simple also likes to provide some “unexpected twists” on classic recipes.
Benedicts, for example, come in several different varieties including a Santa Fe with black beans and avocado, a Norwegian with smoked salmon, and a Chicago loaded with meat – bacon, ham and sausage.
And there is a selection of smoothies and coffees.
They also do lunch with burgers, grilled cheese, a chicken wrap called the “Cluck Norris”, and chicken or steak tacos.

The restaurant will be open every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Pür & Simple opened its first restaurant in 2018 and has grown to 40 locations across Canada with more planned this year.
The first Burlington location is at 1940 Appleby Line.
The Fairview Street location will open June 11.
