Brampton youths brawl near three schools

Police are investigating after a reported Brampton brawl between a large group of youths on Monday (April 4).

Around 11:45 a.m. on Monday, Peel Regional Police say officers were called to the area of North Park Drive andJefferson Road in Brampton for reports of a “fight involving a large group” of youths.

When police arrived on scene the brawl had reportedly already broken up with no sign of the suspects. Officers reportedly checked the area and were not able to locate any disturbance.

There are three schools in the vicinity, with Jefferson Public School, Chinguacousy Secondary School and the St. John Bosco School just blocks away from the area where the fight reportedly occurred.

Police said no weapons or injuries were reported and officers are still investigating.
