Brampton to London on new GO Train pilot project will cost $26 each way

Metrolinx has announced the fares for Brampton riders who want to take the GO Train as far as London.

It will cost $26 each way to travel from the Brampton GO Station to London once the pilot project kicks off Oct. 18.

The project is bringing once-per-day travel between London and Toronto on the Kitchener Line, which serves all three GO stations located in Brampton. Between Kitchener and London the train will also be making stops in Stratford and St. Marys.

Here are the rates for all the new stops between Brampton and London. All fare prices are for one-way trips:

  • Bramalea/Stratford – $22
  • Bramalea/St. Marys – $24.50
  • Bramalea/London – $26.95
  • Brampton/Stratford – $21
  • Brampton/St. Marys – $23.50
  • Brampton/London – $26
  • Mount Pleasant/Stratford – $20.50
  • Mount Pleasant/St. Marys – $23
  • Mount Pleasant/London – $25.75

Eventually, Metrolinx hopes to turn the London to Toronto corridor into all-day service.
