Brampton store robbed by unknown, unarmed burglar

Peel Regional Police are on the lookout for a thief after they robbed Brampton store.

The man entered the store at Kennedy Rd & Orenda Ct, an area containing two plazas and a Maple Leaf meat plant, around 7:30 p.m.

The thief grabbed an unconfirmed amount of cash and other items from the store. They did not produce a weapon or harm anyone during the theft.

After grabbing their goods, the thief rabbitted from the store on foot. Police received the call at 7:48 p.m. and announced the crime via social media at 8:35.

They have not released a suspect description.
