Brampton power outage leaves thousands in the dark

A power outage has left close to 5,000 homes and businesses in Brampton in the dark Tuesday morning (Nov. 2).

Alectra Utilities is reporting an outage in the area of Vodden Street and Main Street in Brampton that is affecting 4,654 homes and businesses.

Crews have been dispatched to the area to make repairs and an estimated return to power is yet to be determined.
