A power outage in Brampton late on Monday evening will likely last into the wee hours.
Alectra Utilities says that some 3,880 homes and businesses in an area in the northeast corner of Brampton are affected by the outage. Crews have already been dispatched to discover the source of the outage and repair it. The expected time of resumption (ETR) that the utility gave was 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
The outage was along Countryside Drive, reaching to Sandalwood Parkway. It also stretched east to west from Goreway Drive almost to Bramalea Road.
