With the on-going heat warning from the Region of Peel, Brampton residents can find some relief at a couple of city locations.

The pavilions at Chinguacousy Park and Chris Gibson Recreation Centre are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Brampton City Hall conservatory is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Residents can enter from the front of City Hall.

The city’s splash pad hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the Chinguacousy Park wading pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting.

Professor’s Lake beach and the Eldorado Park outdoor pool are open, weather and water conditions permitting.

When visiting splash pads and pools, residents are asked to keep health and safety at top of mind. Physically distance, and wear a mask when this is difficult.
